Florida Investors - Insurance?

I have just started reading about MH investing and I must say that my heart is beating out of my chest with the possibilities. I will certainly purchase Lonnies books and read with a vengence. My question concerns insurance. I am assuming that once you purchase a MH at wholesale that you would insure it until it was rehabbed or sold. Are you finding that insurance is hard to come by since we are now known as the "Hurricane State"? grin

It will be tougher than it was, but you should be able to find it. Carry higher deductibles, for sure. Finding an Agent that is versed in REI should help, too.
