Almost anything waterfront is going nuts. In the St. Pete / Clearwater area, there are old mom & pop motels being bought for 1-2 Mil, torn down and condo'd. The kicker is, some pre constuction buyers / investors are re-selling the units BEFORE THE UNITS ARE BUILT and making $100-200k !
Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte are 2 areas i know that are hot now.
Don't forget Naples , basically all of southwest Florida is hot.
