Florida DRI
Can someone enlighten me on Florida's DRIs? Especially how they work in practice? Say if a property has a DRI approval for a hotel, for example. Do you still have to jump thru hoops to actually get a hotel built?

Anybody? Indirect hearsay info?
One last try to bump this up and see if anybody's watching.
I've read as much as I can about the legalities, etc., of DRI's. ("Developments of Regional Impacts" All the "official" words. What I'm looking for is actual "in practice" stuff. Perhaps no Florida developers have done something that required this?
