O.K People, we have got to organize. I have read and re-read and it seems we are all in different city's. I dont want to steal anything away from anyone ( things are good here in Gainesville) It seems like all of us could help each other out at one time or another. I see alot ( ok well some) people moving to other parts of Fl. We could be handing leads to each other. If I was in your shoes, I would find an investor in North Point and pass the lead on to him..
I bet there several listed in the I buy houses section..
