Flooring Work
Hello. Are there any rehabbers in the Houston area that work on Mobile Homes. A 28 x 80 with the kitchen floor rotting. Water standing under it keeping condensation. I do not own it, but the bank is looking to dump it. A $63,000 home I know they will take $23K. I might lowball depending on the cost of repair.

I've never touched a mobile, but I've done floors. I think floors are floors are floors.
Plywood floors, right?
Figure the cost of removing everything from the mobile floor; then removing the actual flooring; then replacing everything.
I'd offer 10k with a list of the needed repairs, indicating time and cost. If it's well written, you just may have yourself a mobile home.
