Flipping
I am looking for a mentor in the state of Indiana. that can show me the proper way of flipping properties, and how to generate a list of investors. I have read books on the subject. But i know each State has it's own rules and reg's and that the best way of learning is from someone that is already succesfull in the business. So basicly i am willing to earn alittle to learn alot.
