Flipping A Lease Option To A Subject To Deal!
I have heard that this can be done, and was wondering if anyone here is currently well versed in doing so.
Lease Option: A standard Lease with the right to purchase on a specific date in the future.
Subject To: Relieved of the burden of payments, but still liable on the mortgage until paid-off by investor.
Now I am assuming that the LO is from a position where you are offering to lease with the option to purchase from a seller? So my question is where and how do you turn your seller over to the Sub To?
