Flat Fee MLS
I'm trying to find a good reliable Flat-Fee MLS listing service. Does anyone have anything reliable?
I've tried www.FSBOsupport.com and they were worthless in doing what they said that they would.
I've read something about an $89/month listing service, and wondered what company that might be provided by.
Thanks,
Andrew
"Also, I want MY contact information on the MLS rather than the another real estate agency who is looking for a split or other form of compensation. Still looking..."
"...another real estate agency..."
Gosh, if you are an agent, join NAR, get on the MLS, and it is easy to put your contact information up. Easy, like automatic.

I agree Mike, I am not going to waste my time with lawsuits and the dubious ethical standpoint.
Generally home owners could do their own workout, all they have to do is call the bank.
I figure it is good Karma if I can get them an agreement for forebearance.

panic read the first post. He was just giving a scenario, and i sure that stockpro knows that.
Sam read your original post, that should get your started. Also look through other post about holding an auction.

Good thread. Being a realtor also I am using a marketing test doing this type of marketing for doing deals or doing work outs. If you take a lead and spend the time interviewing you will know within minutes if you can help them out or not.
A true inspiration to all of us, including me.
Good luck and keep in touch.
Thanks Michael! You have provided tons of great information to everyone here. Good luck in your endeavors.

A true gentleman, I personally have benefited from Michaels insights into marketing.
For the record I am a realtor, have been one for years (2) and I have found it incredibly helpful in my investing business, I have MLS access, I sell at top of market for 3% to Buyer agent, and occasionally I collect a comission for listing a property for others in my group which I do at a steep discount.
Michael, YOu definately get it. I am looking forward to conversing more as I get a little breathing room and make the next step to success following your paradigm.
I personally would ask you to stay and help improve this forum.
Best Wishes,
Randall Wall

Michael,
Thank you for the kind words. But I must admit, I’m kind of blown away that you’re leaving. You have been such as inspiration and base of knowledge here, you will be sorely missed.
I just hope the folks on this site realize how willing you were to advise, share, and help others. It’s a trait a lot of us should develop more in ourselves.
And I (for one) enjoyed some of the jabbing, sparing, and thread-battles that took place. Some were in fun, some were on a serious note, but all were enlightening in their own way.
I would wish you all the best, but you know I will stay in touch.
Take care & God bless!
Mike Cole

Take care,

Ibuy-
Thanks for all your advice, insights and other contributions to the board. You will be missed.
Sorry to see you go, you have been so forthcoming with your extensive knowledge. I for one appreciate your willingness to share. I hope we get to talk again soon.
I wish you even more success.
Michael,
I can honestly say that your posts have been some of the most informative on the site and that I looked forward to them every week. I am sad to see you leave and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors in the business. Although I am sure you know luck has nothing to do with it. Keep in touch...
Than Merrill

He snuck back in for one more post...
It was a GREAT POST, too. It could have been an article titled " My COMPREHENSIVE marketing plan to buy Single Family Homes."

IBUYHouse, sorry we started off on a wrong foot, i wish you the best. You were a great asset to the board.
Mike you are too sensitive. If you are going to stay then by all means stay. It seems like you are looking to see how many people will follow you. It reminds me of that preacher that brainwashed his followers to drink some poisoned wine to make it to the promised land.
Especially since you have magically reappeared since your exit.
Wow Ron,
I guess you set me strait.
