FL Xfer Taxes?

I've looked all over on TCI and the web, but have been unable to find the xfer tax rate for Florida.

Does anyone know what this rate is?

I still haven't found this. Does anyone know the FL rate?

Does it differ from county to county or just between states?

There are two form of taxes charged in florida, 1 Doc Stamps(loan amount x .oo2) 2 Intangible Tax (loan amount x .0035).

Thanks for the response. That looks like 2/10 of 1 percent and 3.5/10 of one percent.

    Is it actually
    Doc Stamps = 2% (0.02)
    and
    Intangible Tax = 3 1/2% (0.035)?

    Thanks again for the response.

The trasfer tax is $7/1000. On a $100k home that would be $700. The other amounts -doc stamp and intangible tax are on the amounts of mortgage that you get on the new prop. Typically the seller pays the xfer tax.

The Documentary Stamp tax on Deed is 0.7% and in Miami-Dade County it is 0.6%.

    $700 for every $100,000.
