Fixing Up An Apartment Between Tenants
I have a duplex in Columbus Ohio. In the past I have done all of the maintenance myself. I am interested in passing some of that responsibility off to others, specifically when all of the different things need to be fixed up between tenants.
I could hire a propery managment firm, but have little need of their services year round. Are their property managment firms that would be interesed in just taking over the work when an apartment turns?
