FIXER UPPER For 1st Deal ?
I am looking to buy my first investment property and have found a house in a GREAT owner occuppied neighborhood,
highly desired area, and priced low. The house is in need of ALOT of cosmetic work . I am sure it must close to forclosure or they just can't afford to be there.
Other than cosmetic work, the disclosure says the drains in baseement backed up "due to roots from trees". Is this a big red flag? Big project to fix? Any advice on any of this?
