Fix-em-ups
Hello, I am self-employed in home repair/remodeling. I want to learn how to buy a property to repair and resell. Currently I own my home (have a mortgage) but would like to sell it, buy something a little larger, in need of repair, move in, live in it while fixing it up and then resell. I need advice on everything from start to finish!
