kind of case by case...did they say "i'll have it tomorrow" and they usually do? Do they usually not have it when they say they are going to have it? Are the giving the F you and your rent...? If your talking about this month, and today is the 6th and you haven't heard from them about why they haven't paid the rent...i'd serve it to them quick like.
