First Time Home Buyer And Grant Option - Any Advises?
I want to leverage my money for RE investment purpose and use all options available. I'm First Time Home buyer. Is it advisable to apply for a grant for downpayment? Any suggestions on how to get a grant? I found many plans for the First Time buyers, but could evaluate which one it better. I'm in CA, but going to invest in another states as well. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
