First REI Contract Signed
I have a signed sales contract on my first REI property. Can I feel confident that the house is mine and that it can't be snatch out from under my feet. I want to begin interviewing/getting proposals from contractors, but I don't want some else who see the potential profit to be able to steal it from me. Now that I have the signed sales agreement I should be safe, Right? Or do I need to wait until it goes to settlement?
