First Flip
What question should I ask the seller
to get the ball rolling.
I've come up with
1-downpayment for end buyer's benefit
2-If they've gotten the place appraised yet or not
These questions are preliminary to signing the initial contract.
And can anyone tell me how to find a closing agency?
This is my first flip and i want to get it right.
Any and all help is appreciated!
