Fine Tune Criteria For Absentee Owners.
Is there a good criteria to selecting absentee owners to mail to? In my area I picked out 750 landlords for homes less than the median prices. Its been about 10 days and I got only 2 responses.
I do realise that most of the owners are living in the same town. So would it make sense to mail to out of state absentee owners or perhaps out of the county owners?
Is there a good selection criteria?
I get absentee owner list from sitex. They do not allow filtering the out of state absentee owners. Is there any other service which allows you to separate in state and out of state?
