    Make sure that you include pictures in your craigslist posting - whatever makes it look appealing.

    hey on this if you are in maryland you dont need a license for this i called the state of md and was told as long as you are not selling anything to the public you do not need a license so if you are gonna be managing your family and friends properties you dont need a license also an LLC was suggested to be good for this mgmt co. hey i am also new to this and get a lot of my information from this board. and like i said again this is for Maryland.
