Finding Property Value
I am looking at a duplex in Georgia. My question is how can i find the value of this property so i know if what the Seller wants is reasonable? Besides going to a realtor. Any help would be appreciated.

You can do this simply by calling a title company and asking them for some comps. Tell them you will use them for title insurance if you purchase the property. You could also drive around the area and see what other properties are selling for that are comparable.
