Finding Property International

Just wanted to know if this is possible. Does anyone know of investor(s) who are interested in properties outside of the US especially as VI, PR, Carribbean since most of these are U.S. Territories? I have seen some really nice properties? Send me a pm or post here. Just curious. Would be a n interesting thing to do. smile

I know that the legalities/regulations will be quite different.

I have not bought anything outside USA yet, but I have been looking into buying properties in Puerto Rico and Vieques for vacation rentals.

What is a DrafteeInvestor? How do you go from junior to senior or midcareer investor?

I am always looking for vacation rentals. I have looked around those areas. I think the biggest problem will be getting rentors in the properties, and the higher cost of management.

I am looking on the east coast, SC and FLA right now, not sure if even those will cash flow enough to make it a worthwhile investment.

Let me know if you come up with anything.

I had a property in Puerto Rico and sold it a while back; it was a single family home. No diffence from bying or selling in the continental USA.
    Good luck,
    JR
