Finding Private Investors
I am in the process of building my network of private investors who wish to earn a greater return on their money.
After exhausting all sources of leads, I received a few calls from one of my bank contacts alerting me that i will be receiving a few calls shortly. He stated that if I "came off as a pro" to them, I could possibly have 100-200k to work with.
My question is this............
What type of return should I offer them. I was thinking of letting them tell me a number first. But I need a benchmark. I will go out and find a deal if the money is there. But structuring it seems tricky.
Should I form a LP as well? What are you thoughts.....please help!
