Anybody know of a good, free website that will allow me to find the phone numbers of known addresses? How about cell phones too, as often their home phones are disconnected?
there used to be a crisscross directory. but it costs and is sometimes out of date. good luck with that one, although it is often of no use to talk to them on the phone, face to face is better. I assume you are looking to buy preforeclosure.

Thank you for your responses. I do use zabasearch but I need something better. It is very good, useful and free. I need something more like skip trace quality. I would like to hear more about the criss cross directories. Where would I find one? Yes it is in regard to foreclosures. I know door knocking is supposed to be more effective, but sometimes the people no longer reside at the address. They are unreachable and may not even know that they are losing their house.
I use Haines & Company Criss Cross Directory. You can put your whole county on your laptop and have every phone number and a lot of title info as well. I think they run about $1700/yr.

Just Google "REVERSE LOOKUP" and you should come up with tons of them. Some of them want to charge, but some of them are free (or so they say).

Performing a search on reverse phone number lookup will help in this area.
Most will want to charge a fee for this information if you want the complete listing of the record.
Most will show the city and state for free.
