This tells me you haven't read "Deals on Wheels" yet, so that's step #1..;.then you're ready to start looking for MHs...but NOT from dealers or lenders!
The motivated sellers are the folks who are desperate to move on and get out of their MHs, and that's the place to look.
NO savvy MH investor is going to be in any dealer's office, as that's the place for the ignorant & gullible.
