Finding Mgt. Companies
I appologize if this is not the correct board to post this on. I'm needing to know how to find a good managment company for rental properties in FLA. We only have a few units in the St. Pete/Clearwater area.

I don't qualify to really help you, but have an idea. I manage my own (with varying degrees of success), but I'm still small. Have you tried IREM? Institute of Real Estate Management. Their certification program seems very elaborate to me, and looks like they do a good job preparing and equipping their managers. They should cost you about 8-10% of your gross, which may be higher than what you expected to pay, but I've heard of 3 properties managed by the certified IREM'ers, and they're AMAZING.
