Does anyone have any ideas how I can find local investors who I can sell properties that I find, I am in the Chicago north west suburbs, thanks for the help.
Have you ready any books or taken any courses on wholesaling? If so, look there for ideas. If you have not ready anything check out the local library or bookstore for ideas.

Things like ads in the newspaper (you ring the ads buyers run), investor clubs, BB's like this one, etc.
