Finding Investors,advise Please...
Hi everyone,
Need a little advise,looking to start in REI but having difficult finding Investors that wants someone to www.birddog.I look in aal over and all investors are looking for is www.partners.I like to start as a bird dog and then after learning and getting more experience i may be able to go in as www.partner.I'm in Central of New Jersey any advise will help.

May I suggest finding a great deal first, then shopping it around with the investors? I promise you that if you find great deals, the investors will come around.
