Finding Homeowners Of A Particular Builder/design In A Specific City
I'm want to buy a house made by a particular builder but also a particular floorplan, in a particular city.
Are there public records with search capabilities that can help me find homeowners of a particular model? I want to write letters to every homeowner of this floorplan telling them if they want to sell without a realtor, to call me first. But how do I find them? I can't tell the floorplan by driving and viewing the exterior. Thanks
