Greetings-- I'm a newbie too, but I've gotten a lot of use out of the Bank of America comps tool. I think I'm too new to post URLs, but you can go to google, and type in bank of america homeworth (all one word) and one of the first few links will take you to it. Hope that helps!

    Greetings grace2004,

    You cantry this one too...
    http://realestate.yahoo.com/re/homevalues/

The information is usually a little dated, but it can get you in the ballpark.

    Hope this helps.

Here are some companies that give you property values, I can't post url yet until I'm in a senior postion. Check you search engines for Homeradar, domania, homegain, yahoo, Well Fargo even has a free property value
    report. Good Luck

I use a palce called www.niteowlplus.com, Im not sure if just any body can use it and I dont know what it takes to get a account there because a loan officer friend of mine lets me use his account. But you can do title searches on any property just about anywhere and you can look at the last 6 months sales in any particular zip code. So I just go to yahoo and look at the map surrounding the area of the house and look at the sales of address that dall in the area around the home. It works well for me.

    Best of luck,
    James
