Finding Deals?
I have a questions for all of you seasoned investors. I know that there are several ways to fina a deal from drive farming to news paper ads, to flyers, referals, classified, etc.
My question is what is it that seems to work for you best?
All the ways I mentioned above are known by everybody and consequently everybody uses them or over use them.
Please help as to what might work best for you.

What works for me is finding a niche market that not many other people are working. Comptetion is not good.
Given that what works for me is to get in the car and drive someplace I've never been and keep ing an eye out for what looks intersting.
Not very helpful, I know. but all these methods work if you will only work them.
