Finding Attorney Who Knows About Sub2
I am having trouble explaining sub2 deals to R.E. attornies. Most of them look like they are not familiar with it at all .
Is there any faster ways to find an RE Attorney with sub2 experience ??

In my area the only ones I found who would listen or understood sub2 were the attorney's who were also investors.
I assume you were calling them from the yellow pages and targeted the ones who advertised "real estate" in their ads.?
Although that does not indicate that they have investor experience.
Do you have an REI club within 100 miles you could attend and ask those investors who they use.
Could your title company reccommend someone.
Keep in mind if you purchased John Lockes sub2 manual he can answer your questions by email or phone or you ask your questions on his sub2 forum.
