Finding A NC Investor Or Lender
I'm looking to buy a duplex in a good location at a good price with a GRM of 80. The property is rented and I would move in to one of the units, rent part of it out, continue renting the other unit, and live for free while I use my credit card to increase the value of the property (I am a contractor). Then I'll refinance and buy another property! But, my credit shows a couple of late (30 days late) payments and some other negatives, but no bankrupties, etc. Anyone out there aware of a lender/investor looking to float a construction or other short term note to finance a property like this?
