Find Out Where Someone Works To Get Garnishment
Former tenant does not work at previous job, I tried to get a garnishment of her wages for unpaid rent.
How can I find out where she is currently working at to get a garnishment. I quite sure she want tell me
You can trail her yourself or hire a PI. In most case the PIs fees are recoverable.
You could try the simple approach and call the old employer and ask if the have new info for her.
Did she pay by check? have you tried a levy on he bank account?
