I am looking for a lead on angel investors in the WI or Tx area. Does any one have any ideas on were I should go for Angels or hard money lenders on property that is unique in situation or price. Silent partners or equity share is possible. This is not a spam I have tried to contact lenders using the Lender Finder with little luck. I never recieved a reply from the lender finder? Maybe I will try again tommorrow.
