Financing Options

Greetings, everyone.

Just a very general question:

Is there a good list of commercial loan brokers or funding sources out there on the web somewhere that anyone has used or come across? I am trying to work on a deal and need to get some financing sorted out.

If anyone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction, i would greatly appreciate it. If this is kind of a stupid question because it is too broad...apologies!!

Much obliged,

John

Please use the Lender Finder. Click on Lenders on the upper menubar.

Also, even if current zoning permits office, check the requirements as they apply to office devel, such as parking, buffering, sq footage, etc.

Aside from zoning and occupancy issues,
What annemineties are you willing/able to offer prospective tenants?
    Conference center capabilities
    Sectetarial
    Answering services
Copy / fax / mailing centre (possible discount rent incentives for the ups store/mail boxes etc./ affiliate-in order to make other units more appealing for professionals
    Adequate parking
    Lunch/snack areas
I guess,...The bottom line is-Can you fill the units with the right quality tenants /or provide thos services-to make the unused units appealing for rental??[ Edited by eldorado1 on Date 02/24/2005 ]
