Financing Options
As a new real estate investor, I have a questions regarding the financing of my investments and the new corporation that I have formed. Am I correct in stating that the business cannot apply for financing on the investments? If that is true, how do I merge the properties into the business entity? Thank you, Mike
HMLs typically require points as well as a high interest rate, and I have not seen one that goes above 80% LTV.
I would not do a deal for 5k profit.
what if i take 2 loans from two different lenders?
the loans are stil recorded so it will show on title.
I have never (famous last words) seen an HML that would do say 70%, and another that would do 30% 2nd. Carry back maybe.
