Financing For Investors Forum Needed
I would like to suggest a financing for investors forum to keep investors updated on the changes they face in purcahsing/refinancing their properties. The forum would discuss the lates programs, fees, structuring deals that are lender friendly, and the various ledning options available to investors. I am a Mortgage Broker dealing mainly with Investors in my practice, and I keep them updated to the issues they face becasue it is a vital part of real estate investing and their long term strategies.
You and I had the same thoughts. I just started a new similar thread before reading this. I am also a mortgage broker/real estate investor and think financing is a big part of the business. Maybe us mortgage brokers can moderate it )
