Financing Assignments For Retail Buyers
Have you ever assigned a house to a retail buyer? if so was it difficult to find a lender who will approve your buyer and finance you assignment fee? if i can get this..no when i get this deal to go through my assignment fee will be roughly 10k, would this raise flags with a lender? i am investing in Detroit, MI do you know of any lenders in my area or nationwide that will do this type of deal? all responses greatly appreciated
You need a good mortgage broker or banker on your team.
From what I have heard you may have a hard time with it being in Detroit. Lenders are a little concerned with the area due to the high mortgage fraud.
