Financing And Cashflow Spreadsheet Or Program?

Hey
Does anybody know of a program or excel spreadsheet, that will calculate and run a bunch of different financing scenarios and compute cash flow and ROI numbers??? For example I want to be able to compare monthly cash flow and annual ROI for a 30 year fixed, 10 interest only, 10 year arm and so on. If you know of any PLEASE let me know. My first choice would be a free download but please let know all options.

Thank You For Your Time and Efforts
Mike

    Mike,

I think most of us just create our own spreadsheets, but there are lots of software programs out there. Try the products and services page.

You should also read http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Forum&file=faq#rules and note the rules about posting the same message to multiple forums. Most of us of read through all of the forums anyway, so it's not necessary to post your messages multiple times.

    Hey Robert

Thank you for the heads up about the multple posting. I apologize for that to all. I guess I will just ask around and see if anybody has a good working spreadsheet they would like to share.

I have seen serveral out there but all were a hassle to use in 1 way or another.

one was a dos program running in a window, no cut/paste very combersome.

I'm sorta looking for a new one.

I made a really simple/crude one that allows me to see the cash flow, but it does not do ROI. If you would like a copy, go to my profile and email me. I send you what I have.

Has anyone used Dolf de Roos' Real Estate Management software? He is one of Rich Dad's advisors. It is expensive, but if it is good, I would purchase it.
