Financing Abroad? Who Does It In The US?
We run a mortgage and refinancing referral service in Peru. There is a significant number of Peruvians living in the US that would like to buy property in Peru but require financing. The problem is that banks in Peru are reluctant to provide financing to Peruvians living abroad that require property in Peru and banks in the US are reluctant to provide loans to US residents that want to buy properties in Peru. Does someone know some way out? Is there any mortgage company in the US willing to providing financing to US residents that want to buy property in Peru?
