Filling Out Trust Deed By Hand
Is there any problem with filling in a second trust deed form by hand - in California. Will the recorder give me a hard time. Do youall do it?
Do you record the note also or just the TD?
This is everyday, very common...unless there's a local or state law mandating typed or printed form.
Just ask the local recorder about this and you'll quickly get the requirements on their recordable format
They'll probably tell you to print clearly. Not sur ewich office you are going to , but I go to the one in san bernardino often, an stop by kinkos. They have a type writer. Costs about a buck. I suggest you do that. Act like a pro j/k
