Filling In-slab Duct With Concrete
I own a one story ranch home built on a slab. Home has in-slab ductwork that is filling with water as outside temps rise. I am having furnace and HVAC replaced with air forced up and duct work in attic. I was told to fill in the floor vents with concrete...not the entire duct work but just the area at the now obsolete floor vents. Does anyone have suggestions as to how to do this efficiently?
I know of a broker who has hard money lenders who do about the best i have heard of
Low fico s in the 500 s they will do
But only this way no more then 50 %
With a seller take back of only 10 %
With the buyer putting in the balance of 40 %
As it is very risky now with all the homes in default all over
As well it would be just as easy to buy a home now sub 2 and get the payments made up and the try and sell it or may be refi
I am thinking this other then just getting hard funds to buy it or any property right now
Any thoughts on this ?
