FHA?
If you have found a home in foreclosure and it's FHA, does this present anytype of problem? If so, what can be done about it, any experience would be helpful.

I would answer your question except
A) the answers lie within
B)It would take me way to long
On the subject of FHA, AND short sale, FHA will not discount below 82% of appraised value.
Alot of short sellers in NC wont take on an FHA short sale for this very limitation.
