Fellow Investors In Trouble Equals Cash

i know alot of folks are looking for ways to find deals and my company just got 9 properties to make cash on today from fellow investors in the kansas city area so i thought i would share this to maybe give others ideas on how to come up on deals.... a group of investors we know ran into some legal trouble dealing with some non ethical people in the area that put them in a situation that is ruining their credit and financial standing....they approached us to buy some of their properties and also give us CASH OUT on them...meaning we will buy some properties and get cash at closing by creating a payoff to GoldenProperties - also on the homes we dont want they will make short sale deals with the lenders and allow us to wholesale them to rehabbers we know in the area...all these investors want to do is liquidate their inventory to reduce expenses and credit risk so they can move into a different area of the realestate business... we added 9 homes to our inventory today in about 2 hours. Just wanted to share this with everyone to let them know that networking with investors in your area is very profitable and will lead to deals when you least expect them!

    I agree. Here in Mobile we have as investor group that meets for lunch every wed. where deals are swaped, hard money found, and friends wit hthe same intrests are made
