"Tools" Section
I would like to recommend a "Tools" section or "calculators"
This would provide quick access to some of the tools the site already has, such as the Proforma-nator. Currently that helpful calculator is rather difficult to find, and you have to go through several pages to get to it.
It would also give a section where one could add some calculators that are common on other sites, such as "What will my payments be" "Find your amortization schedule", etc
