maybe not a success stories forum, but a featured story - kinda like the articles - you know with its own button on the top of the page.
Have the page show what purchase number it is for you and then the story of how you got it.
I think it your be good to limit it to people that have say less then 10 investment properties. I mean I know $cash$ can buy properties all day long, but I want to hear about furiousinc and cmon101 stories! That is what gets me motivated.
If infact Joel does set it up simular to the articles, it may be a lot eaisier for him since he can copy most of the code with acouple tweaks.
I too must throw in my vote for such a forum. This would be great for those of us who get discouraged when the lender doesn't respond within five minutes of our fax.
I must agree with simbajoy, a success story fourm would be very motivating. Especially for some like myself who have yet catch the elusive first deal.
You could put it in the beginners forum.

I have to give a thumbs up for this idea too!
I think it would be a great way to encourage others who may be discourage.

A success story or two would go a long way in the motivation process. I agree we should get one up
I would like to throw a vote for this also. I get so much motivation from Q & A 's, I believe this forum would encourage many.
Love this site !!
