Shifting gears
Woke up @ 5 am thinking about this! Don't tell me I'm not addicted to the best investor's site on the web!!I think a person's success is controlled by 2 fears: 1)fear of unknown;2)fear of failure. I believe both fears can be overcome thru education, experience & positive attitude. Beginners forum is wonderful for education and knowledge. Let' share actual details of deals done & positive philosophies, motivating quotes, etc. for those of us who need to see success and to not fear shifting into high gear!This can be overwhelming in the beginning & I think such a forum would be so encouraging/motivating!!! Christina 
A smart man once told me that we are motivated by only two things: 1) Fear and Success (he actually said Greed, but I think Success is a much nicer word). We react, when one outweighs the other. So to overcome our Fear (maybe of being rejected by a Seller), we have to think about the value of the Success (the Seller accepts our offer and we make a profit). This seems to work very well in life.
Thanks for the great response Bruce!! I feel motivated already! After 20 something yrs. in sales I know the value of thinking the cup is half full, not half empty...All sales is a numbers game! Getting that one yes after several nos will provide the adrenalin rush to forge ahead. Would you like to see a site as I have proposed?
