Private Investors
I was thinking it would be good to have a place for private investors and borrowers to get together too. Then people that might to make 12% buying tax certificates would have another method of investing and getting higher interest. That would make it easier for those that need to borrow to find quick money when they dont want something long-term or involved like dealing with a bank or traditional lender. I would be willing to pay very high interest in exchange for the ease and convenience of having quick cash for deals, and short-term loans without dealing with credit history, mortgage paperwork, insurance info, etc. ANYONE OUT THERE READY TO MAKE 18% INTEREST, SECURED BY REAL ESTATE? If so, send me a message, i'm ready for a deal now!! 
We already do. It is called the Lender Finder. If you are an investor and want to invest on the Lending side of things, you are more than welcome to post your rate. It does cost to post your Lending Programs, but it is a great way to advertise.
The problem with the lenders in the lender finder is that they're still requiring all the same paperwork that banks are, and they focuse on credit scores too. They're just slightly more flexible. There are obviously alot of people out there who've had credit problems in the past and are trying to move on. This website is full of creative people and great investment ideas. I'm not a lawyer, but i'm sure there must be a simpler way to borrow or lend money and secure it using properties WITHOUT having the hassle.
Something maybe like a lien on the property, only not filed with the court unless the loan goes bad. Any ideas?
