  Funny thing you should mention this I will be heading to Florida the beginning of July I plan on putting together a few of my REICASHCLUBS there.
  
  These clubs are being established to help beginners in the creative real estate industry get on the right track. Not ready to let the cat out of the bag yet, but getting close.

  Hey all. I am still pretty new here and am closing on my first rental property on the 13th.
  
  It would be really nice to find others out there that have been doing this stuff for a while. This website has been wonderful! I have learned a lot of different techniques etc from a lot of reading, but I would really like to talk to others and just bouce ideas off of each other. I am located in Central NJ and from all I have seen, all the Landlord Associations etc are in North Jersey. I was wondering if there were any people in the Central Jersey area that have been investing for a while so that I dont feel alone There are many investors out there, but a lot of them I feel that they are just doing it, but not as serious/intense knowledge gurus.
  Any help would be great, and I look forward to sharing ideas with all of you.
