This would probably be more frustrating than a feature, simply the posts and topics are constantly changing, when the forum is participating. If we have a NEXT Thread, there is no guarantee that the next link will stay the same while you are reading the post.
All you really need to do is to click on the 'Back Button' OR if you notice, there is an INDEX link at the top of each topic, that will allow you to go back to the index page of that index page.[ Edited by joel on Date 08/18/2003 ]
I am still an advocate of the NEXT POST link / button. Some of the topics have 15+ pages to read. Once you get past the top 10, the rest remain static for hours if not days. Clicking the back button and then refinding the next post gets very tiring after the first 30 times
I do realize that the "next" post might not be the one that I originally saw 3 minutes earlier. I'm more than happy to deal with it if I were able to just keep learning post to post.
