Continuity Between Property Listing / Display

I've noticed a discrepancy in the utilities in a property listing.
The listing asks to check if the tenant pays for gas, electric, water, etc. ON more than one occasion I have left the "tenatn pays for gas" uncheck because there is no gas at the property. However, on the display is shows "OWNER pays for ..." Because I did not check that the tenant paid, it was automatically inserted that the owner paid for gas. I have had some prospective buyers complain that I had not disclosed to them the gas costs. There is no gas!
Anyway, if on the both the listing page and display page, you asked for what the owner pays, it would be more consistent.
Thanks!
